“Today was my daughters appointment, we are a family of 4 with benefits, we wanted to give it a try... I got there and it was closed, waited thinking my appointment might be the only one for the day, 12:05 I called and somebody random answered ( he didnt even greeted with the companie's name then I thought I was wrongly calling a personal phone )...weird. He told me they tried to reach me for cancellig the appointment , my appointment was at 12 and they called me at 11:35 am... how am I supossed to know if I am driving to the appointment?...”

“My Journey: I would like to tell you about my continuing journey from having a stroke (right cerebral infarct) in 2023 at age of 83 to where I am today. Discharged from the Glenrose Rehabilitation, with my left hand unable to do any activity, severe impairment (ie: unable to squeeze toothpaste) to the ability of useful movement, guiding a walker and now using my hand in everyday living, to functional independence. Very limited Leg movement to using a walker, a cane and in some limited instances walking without any assistance These accomplishments have been possible through the patient treatment and guidance of Robert Nichols of Top Form Physiotherapy and entailed many hours of hard work both by Robert and myself. Robert encouraged and oversaw the work effort. Treatment included physio as well as medical acupuncture and IMS dry needling. I am so fortunate to have been treated and helped by Robert. Still working for continued improvement and ability to maintain daily living abilities. MOTTO: I don’t know how my journey will end but no where in my text will it ever read I gave up”

“Complete Wellness is excellent. Megan is amazing with physiotherapy treatments and is extremely easy to communicate with. She explains everything clearly and provides great care. Sam is great at designing exercises that help strengthen muscles and support recovery. The massages are also outstanding, and Tijana is excellent at working out knots and kinks. They are also very veteran-friendly and direct bill DVA, which is a huge benefit. Highly recommend.”

“I went to see Meghan regarding neck and face pain, I suffer from tmj and trigeminal neuralgia. Amazing I’m feeling a difference after just 2 sessions. Very knowledgeable. Also she recommended I use Gabriel for massage on my neck and face which has worked also. Gabriel showed me some stretches on my jaw to do at home which has gave me some much needed relief. If you are looking for help, this is the place to come.”
