All new patients are required to complete an initial assessment prior to booking follow-up treatments.

If you need an appointment urgently or outside of regular business hours please call or email and we will try our best to accommodate an appointment for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY : If you need to cancel or move your appointment, 48 hours of notice is required. Late cancellations and rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice are subject to the full appointment fee.

While I strive to accommodate all patients, service area limitations may apply.
