Our 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect

Please note that any cancellations/ modifications within 24-hours of your appointment are charged at full treatment cost.

As per our policy, we require a valid credit card on file (or pre-payment of treatment) for all bookings including third party insurance claim submissions (Direct Billing).

Our clinic do not accept patients who are covered by WSIB.

We are not a designated OHIP clinic.
