“I was at the M. P clinic late last year (been there before), then I took the IOL surgery in the beginning of January 2025, for 04 March 2025, the was told it will take place on 02 March because Dr. G availability I said that's fine. But couple of days or a week I was told that the surgery is cancelled because the lenses have not been received yet, she told me is going to be on 20 May, I said fine. On April I phoned to see if they got the lenses, but the lady on the phone told me she has one pair only, and they waiting for the second pair (the backup), I did not understand why they did not send both pairs same time. Of course as a good patient I waited until ten days before the surgery and phoned on 11 May, but was told that the lenses have not arrived yet, apparently she waited for an email from UK but no answer, and then she said maybe we can order other lenses with another company, then I told her to cancel everything because it seems you do not have any lenses and wasted 5 months of my time, planing, booking time off from work, my wife the same in order to help me. Then on 12 May I phoned again and then someone in charge would phone me, that someone called me and apologized but I really needed a solution not an apology, then she told me that Dr. G, will not be available for the 20 of May, I just could not believe my luck, but also she asked me 'how can I help' - I told her; you have no lenses for me, no doctor so you can not help with something else, I could have said give free surgery, but even when I signed up to pay they did not deliver, and that is not what I was after or looking for. But she said they had other doctors to reschedule a week later, after I told her that you cannot be depending in one doctor only, again I had to tell her she cannot reschedule because they don't have even the lenses, so cancelling everything is the best. I planned the surgery for years in my head, and booked months ahead of the surgery day, but they did not deliver, only them they know exactly why. If I was not a right patient they could have said that, but it was not the case. Like I said I planned to have the surgery be ready for the summer, paid the eye exam with them, take time off, refused a job offer for April, did not get my tickets for FIFA in June, because I thought I will have the surgery at least on 20 May, but it did not happen. I understand that my RX it is what it is, but I am sure that I am not the only one with similar RX, but M. P clinic says that they have done over 100k surgeries but it did not happened with me. Now I have taken an appointment for pre op and surgery date with a different clinic replan everything and wishing myself great luck. I'm still confused with everything, and I wish I did not have to write all these words for something that it did not even happened, chatgpt said it should not take this long to have the lenses made and the surgery happened, even public institutions do cataract surgery in less time, but I guess it is what it is.”Read moreShow less

“From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right hands. I was so nervous about having my chalazion removed, but my experience exceeded all expectations. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, everyone was incredibly kind and reassuring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, walked me through every step of the procedure, and made me feel truly safe and cared for. “I did my surgery in 2021 with Dr. Pop. The team is very professional and kind as this can be nerve-racking. I get a year checkup where the team is nice again very thorough in the testing. Plus the doctor does a follow up. I recommend 10/10 service and surgery process.”Read moreShow less

“I got PRK done by Dr. Pop in 2017. Dr. Pop is so kind and his team is equally as kind and supportive. I must have accidentally rubbed one of my eyes during recovery, because my contact fell out (I didn’t find it - my eye just hurt.) It was after hours and Dr. Pop himself met me at the clinic to see what the pain was, found the issue, and fixed it. It was probably 15 minutes after I called for assistance. Since then, I have the « Pop Plan, » which is basically an eye appointment every year that insurance covers. If you keep the Pop Plan, anytime you need a touch up, it’s free. I’ve had one in one eye. I am on a medication that causes dry eyes and am getting plugs put in to help my eyes retain moisture. I have every confidence in the team here and if I could bring my child here just for his regular eye exams, I would. They always double check everything and listen to my every concern. They’ve never disbelieved me or downplayed anything. My appointment for this is 2 days after the appointment where we identified the need. “Amazing experience at this clinic, I don’t trust any other place for my vision. They aren’t just technicians, they are medical doctors and nurses, so they know what they are talking about, and are very kind & honest. I have recommended multiple people to this clinic for their lasik eye surgery. Even if you aren’t a good candidate for a specific treatment, they have other options to choose from with the same results to accommodate everyone with different eye issues.
