“I don’t know why do they have 3.0 rating. For me, I have the greatest experience here. I called in on a Friday worried about my daughter’s toothache of possibly turning into an infection. They had me sent photos of my daughter’s face to confirm the swelling and sent prescription to the drugstore within an hour. I find it very professional and pleasing. I would highly recommend them.”

“Terrible experience with the female dentist. She repeatedly said that I couldn’t afford to pay for my daughter’s dental treatment. I felt she judged me based on my appearance and the color of my skin. As a business man, I understand people pretty good. I normally wouldn’t mention who I am, but I hope she thinks twice before judging others. She also said she needs to remove all of my three-year-old daughter’s teeth. To me, that is an extreme recommendation. A three-year-old child would be left without any teeth for years until her permanent teeth come in. I really wanted to give -0 stars, but unfortunately, that isn’t an option. Big no-no.”

“Very unprofessional. My 4-year-old son only had a cavity, but they immediately recommended extracting the tooth. Wouldn’t that affect the development of his permanent teeth? It felt like the dentist only knew how to pull teeth instead of considering other treatment options. We eventually took him to a pediatric dentist in Calgary, where the clinic had much more advanced equipment and a child-friendly environment. The dentist simply performed a small pulpotomy (baby root canal) and placed a crown on the tooth. I would not recommend this clinic. I suggest choosing a pediatric dentist in another city instead.”

“⚠️⚠️Beware, they charge 3 times the regular dental clinics and chances are your insurance will only cover 1/3. (As per the fees guide) Never had issue with any clinic before just them. Protip 💡 If you're planning to visit , must get an estimate sent out to your insurance to know what you will be covered. ⚠️⚠️”

“It’s no surprise this place has such low ratings and several reviews describing how difficult they are to deal with. The receptionist showed no professionalism or customer service skills, and Stephanie, the “manager,” was even more disappointing. Instead of listening and trying to understand the situation, they immediately made assumptions and placed the blame on me. After I raised concerns about the receptionist and the poor customer service, I was told to take my child somewhere else because they no longer wanted us there. That response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. For a children’s dental clinic, you would expect a much higher level of care, understanding, and respect toward families. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Ps: When 11/14 reviews in the last 4 months are 1 stars, the problem is clearly not me! Its your staff😉.”

“The reception team needs better training in handling difficult phone calls and customer concerns. Too often, issues are being escalated instead of being resolved by staff. There certainly needs to be training on de escalation and customer service. Do better. You’ve lost a patient.”

“Our regular dental office referred my child here for an extraction. Naturally, I was worried about anesthesia at first, but I knew it had to be done. On the day of the appointment, Dr. Charles, the anesthesiologists, nurses, and administrative staff made us feel completely at ease. As parents, it’s always stressful to see your child undergo a procedure, but their professionalism, clear explanations, and genuine care made the experience much easier. Everyone was kind, patient, and attentive. I’m sharing this to encourage other parents who may be unsure about moving forward with treatment. One note: the initial invoice is only an estimate, and final costs can sometimes be higher, so plan accordingly with your insurance provider. A big thank you to Dr. Charles and his team.”

“Today my child had dental surgery, the staff was excellent except the receptionist with black hair. She was rude and should not be working in a children’s dental clinic. Receptionists should be smiling and greet you when you walk in with a nervous child but she was the exact opposite and does not know how to talk to people. Also her outfit was unprofessional.”

“This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a children’s dental clinic. From the moment we walked in, the clinic looked extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The floors were not clean, the waiting area was messy, and it did not feel like a safe or hygienic environment for children at all. The receptionist ( her name is Bianca) was very unprofessional and rude. There was a clear lack of knowledge , Instead of being welcoming and helpful especially in a place meant for children the attitude was dismissive and unpleasant. It made the entire experience even more stressful and frustrating. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic to any parent. A children’s dental office should be clean, caring, and organized. Unfortunately, this place failed in all three areas.”

“Worst dental experience of my life. From the moment we walked in, it was a disaster. They have a “cute” kid-sized door at the entrance — except it requires adult-level strength to open and nearly caught my child’s fingers both visits. Adorable in theory, dangerous in practice. The dentist was shockingly unprofessional, openly belittling and mocking her hygienist’s mistakes in front of me and my 5-year-old. The hygienist looked like she was on the verge of tears. Completely inappropriate and uncomfortable to witness. When the dentist commented on my son’s tonsils, I mentioned our family doctor had noted the same. Her response? A sarcastic remark implying that since she “doesn’t look in mouths all day,” our general practitioner must know best — followed by total silence for the rest of the appointment. No explanation, no reassurance, no interaction with my child. She then abruptly walked out without a word. The hygienist had to inform us that the appointment was over. The entire time, it felt like my son and I were invisible. Never again.”
