“I have gone to Central Lonsdale Massage for over 10 years now. Originally located on Lonsdale, they recently moved to Williams Street. It is much closer for me to get there from Burnaby to North Vancouver. Not so much for my wife though who would take the seabus from Downtown Vancouver to North Vancouver. Because of that, my wife may not go here anymore. RMT are hard to find. A good one at that. Once, you find one that works for you, you want to stay with her or him as long as you can. My therapist is Natasha Rogers, who has helped me many years now. Although, Natasha only works here one a month as she resides on the island, she still calls us if we want any massages (last minute cancellations). It works for me, but not for my wife. Natasha also does visceral manipulation too. It's amazing work where it's light work on you but extraordinary results. Natasha can also do the deep tissue massages which is what I like the most, even though, it's painful! But, my body afterwards feel so good afterwards! Stephanie also worked on me a couple of times. She has a different approach but nevertheless, she also gets you the results that you need. Overall, CLMTC, is a place to be reckon with. Give your body a well deserved break, and get those knots out! Just remember, drink lots of fluids afterwards...and no, to coffee or caffeine, your body needs to rid of the toxins!”Read moreShow less
