“Quinn is a fantastic physiotherapist. I came in with a recent knee injury (hobbled in the door.) Within minutes, he had pinpointed the problem. We proceeded to some stretching and mobility work. The stretch, while unintuitive (I wouldn’t have thought to do and why you want a professional) immediately improved how I was able to walk. “The Cedar Rock space is lovely and Quinn is the best! I came in with a chronic and slightly mysterious shoulder issue that I’d pretty much given up on fixing after years of pain and frustration. He diagnosed it perfectly, treated it effectively, and now it’s basically gone. He’s patient, explains everything clearly, and has made the process feel really empowering. “I don’t usually write reviews, but I really wanted to for this one. Quinn was amazing! the results were basically instant! I came in with a sudden IT band issue and was super paranoid about it, since a lot of my friends have dealt with it for years and couldn’t ski or hike. I was honestly really stressed. Quinn figured out the problem right away, and the improvement after one session was way beyond what I expected. I felt the difference immediately. “The space is clean, beautiful and elegant. It’s a great combination of functional and class. There are different local art displayed in the different rooms, which is nice to see. What I love the most about Cedar Rock is that they take care of every detail so I don’t have to. I just show up for my appointment or my class and not have to worry about forgetting a towel or a mat etc. The staff are all kind and they always do their best to make sure you are comfortable. “I recently had both a massage and acupuncture session at this clinic, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The massage was deeply relaxing and helped relieve a lot of the tension I’d been carrying, while the acupuncture session was both calming and surprisingly effective in addressing some ongoing issues I’ve had.
