“Actually Barb Brown...being a person with Lyme disease I have been to many specialists in a variety of fields of medicine. I am so absolutely impressed with CBI health in general, their staff, the facility but particularly Charlene. I went for assessment for vertigo and she is incredibly knowledgeable, explains every aspect of the condition, possible causes, can pretty much pinpoint where the problem may be if you can.provide her with triggers etc. If not, she will find them. Their is no.clincal feel with her...she's genuine, patient, a great listener and gets down to business with a smile on her face. Always determining the cause before any treatment, which was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend CBI health and Charlene for possible vertigo issues. I will be returning to address more 'problems' .”

“The front desk ladies were polite and very helpful. It was a very comfortable, and relaxed environment. I was able to bring my kids with me, as I was commuting a long distance for each appointment. I'm very grateful for the experience, and my time spent there. Thank you to Lehi, and Kim for helping with my recovery, they were very informative, and explained everything in detail for me. We will miss everyone there! Thank you!!”

“I felt much better after my massage from Melissa. She listened to what was hurting me and asked for some background on the cause to give better service. She concentrated on the bad parts with really good pressure. She also provided some self-treatment to do at home to help keep everything loose. I would highly recommend Melissa at CBI Health.”

“I’m genuinely grateful to the fabulous team at CBI. The short version is that I had an acute bout of vertigo and the expert physiotherapist fixed it completely in a single visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, humble enough to check her notes for confirmation. Her disposition was empathetic, charismatic and genuine which helps considerably as I was feeling quite insecure and perhaps even frightened. I had never experienced a neurological deficit that left me immobile before. The lady at the front desk was absolutely lovely and clearly organized and competent. A really scary scenario turned into an excellent experience thanks to CBI. I highly recommend.”

“I have been coming here for 3+ years and worked with many of the therapists: Kim, Char, Janelle and Monica. Best physio and massage treatments I’ve had. Everyone has helped me so much and are always so friendly. Front desk staff are great too. 10/10 would recommend.”
