“CBI Health helped me through the recovery of an injury that happen Ed to a previous injury from 2023. From the receptionist to the physiotherapist work are skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. The environment here is open, clean and organised. I am very happy to have been helped by CBI Health. “I had a shoulder replacement at the end of January and started physio 4 weeks later. I qualified for a bundle support from ohip as I had major surgery. This includes 6 appts with the physiotherapist and 6 appts with the kinesiologist over a 12 week period. I can say that all staff, including receptionist were lovely to deal with. I recieved my 12 week appt. schedule right away and have no complaints. They worked me hard and sent me home with daily exercises. After seeing my surgeon , she said she is happy with how far my team has gotten me. Physio is so important for the recovery of this surgery and glad i chose this place.”Read moreShow less

“Following my injury, I worked with a mental health worker weekly for 6 weeks. Her name is Ferial N., and she assisted me gently while reviewing the importance and effects of various problems. She explained how certain issues can contribute to mental health disturbances. Ferial was able to explain the concepts clearly and allowed me to demonstrate the methods she used during our sessions.
