The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to create a truly relaxing experience from the moment you walk through the door. My therapist, Chandan, is simply extraordinary. I’ve had both a deep tissue massage and reflexology treatment with her, and each session has exceeded my expectations. Her knowledge, professionalism, and intuitive understanding of the body are remarkable. She takes the time to listen, customize treatments to your needs, and creates an environment where you feel completely comfortable and cared for. The deep tissue massage provided incredible relief for tension and sore muscles, while the reflexology session left me feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. “My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. The treatment started late. The treats and ambiance was alright. Please note that the couple's massage are separated. The lady who massaged me was amazing and a joy to talk to. However the lady who massaged my husband was a bit all over the place. It was not a relaxing massage as he had requested. “I had a 45-minute aromatherapy massage with Kaylah Hamilton at Cave Therapies, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Kaylah created such a calm, welcoming environment and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood what I needed. The aromatherapy added such a relaxing touch, and you can tell she’s very intuitive and attentive in her approach. She worked through tension areas gently but effectively, and I left feeling noticeably lighter and more relaxed. It’s not always easy to fully unwind (especially as a busy mom!), but this was exactly what I needed. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cave Therapies. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and it has truly become my sanctuary. I started weekly prenatal RMT massages during my pregnancy with Crystal and Meghan, and they were such an important part of my journey. Their care, knowledge, and attentiveness made such a difference during that time. Now postpartum, I’m still coming regularly, and it continues to be one of the best investments I make in my physical and mental well-being. The entire team deserves recognition. The front desk staff are always warm, welcoming, and professional. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calming and thoughtfully curated. “*Update* Changing my review to a Glowing 5 Stars! If I could rate higher, I would. The manager contacted me yesterday and offered me another Aromatherapy massage and I was booked today with Dahlia. I cannot rave her enough! What an incredible and fantastic experience. The bed was so warm, she was so very attentive to my needs and pressure needs. I had no idea of the knots in my feet and she got a lot of tightness out of my shoulders too. She was informative about her care and the massages, she made me feel so comfortable and guided me every step of the session. If you have a chance to go and book with Dahlia please do. I have to say the best massage I experienced so far. She is a master at her craft and truly cares about her clients Also added on the salt bath for myself and my husband and that was so relaxing, the temperature was perfect! Thank you so much Cave Cure Therapies, especially Dahlia! We are both happy with this outcome and will be back to see Dahlia and the hydrotherapy baths! (Previous review below) Giving a generous 4 stars as my husband had such a great experience. Booked 2 massages, aromatherapy for myself and deep tissue for my husband. Followed by a couples reconnect mineral bath. Upon arriving 15 minutes early we were greeted and seated at the cafe. Dahlia cheerfully offered us delicious angelwater tea and conversed with us really caring to hear our answers. When our massage rooms were ready we were brought to our rooms. There was some confusion on who was going where and what bodyworker was doing what. That’s a quickly resolved but still felt a little weird. Upon entering my room, I was disappointed as my table was really cold and there was no aromatherapy or essential oils in the room. My body worker had to ask what scent I wanted for oil after I was already laying down and waiting. The massage was ok , not really what I hoped for but she was good at what she did massage. I didn’t receive any attention on my lower arms or hands which I was sad about. My feet could and used a bit more attention too. The mineral bath was better, The ambiance in the room was so calming with the twinkling stars in the ceiling. Chocolate covered strawberries, iced eye masks and eucalyptus towels yes please. Relaxation room after bath for fruit and tea which was so lovely. The water could have been a little warmer and I had to take a hot shower mid bath as I was shivering before I got in and have been since my massage. Overall it was a much needed date for my husband and I, I’m grateful he received such a great massage from Dahlia and her warm table. I on the other hand am not sure I would return. “I’m absolutely blown away by the spa experience my boyfriend and I had on his birthday. it was nothing short of perfection ❤️ This was one of the most serene and calming experiences I’ve ever had, and it was so special to share it with him. We both started with individual massages, I had the pleasure of being treated by Chandan and I genuinely cannot put into words how amazing she was. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She is so so so good at what she does and I was so at peace. My boyfriend had Kawan for his massage, He said it was incredibly soothing, and he felt rejuvenated afterwards. After the massages, we moved into the mineral bath, which was also beyond words. The ambiance in the room was serene and beautifully set We spent a good amount of time in there just soaking and unwinding feeling completely connected and in tune with each other. It was the perfect follow up to our massages. I also want to mention the relaxation room it’s was so inviting and peaceful, and again the perfect spot to wind down after everything. “It was my first time visiting the Cave and I was very impressed by the customer service I received and the relaxation massage treatment I got from Dahlia. Dahlia was extremely friendly and attentive to my requests for what I wanted to get out of my session. I'm super ticklish, and she was respectful of that and managed to still find ways to work around that to make sure I got a beneficial treatment. The front counter Staff (I did not get her name) was equally as kind and answered all my questions about the services offered at the Cave. I found the pricing to be very good and truthfully cheaper than most places! I stumbled across the Cave via a random Google search and I am glad I did. The decor of the space is also very nice and the coolest thing is their awesome bar! They serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks! This time around I opted for an iced latte, which was delicious. This is definitely a hidden gem and I would highly recommend everyone to check it out. My next visit I plan to bring my Husband and try out a hydrotherapy treatment!”Read moreShow less

“My husband and I did the Happy Birthday Mineral Bath for my birthday. It was a delightful treat especially at the end of the year. We were given a choice of tea or water while we waited. We were then led to our private relaxation room then to our private session in the hydrotherapy room for the mineral bath with a tray of chocolate covered strawberries, two flutes of non-alcoholic beverage and water. Once done, we then went back to our relaxation room and we were met with more treats of tea, fruits and cupcakes plus a nice birthday gift. The staff was also welcoming and friendly.
