We do not accept Workers’ Compensation or Motor Vehicle claims.
New assessments with Amie Lee or David Lee must be booked by calling the clinic.
If you have not been seen in the clinic within the past 6 months, you are required to book a new assessment or an extended treatment, regardless of the injury. This allows us the time needed to fully reassess your condition and ensure you receive the highest quality care.
