“The red hair woman who worked on me was very bad and unprofessional. 3 months out of school and it shows. I had a very bad knot under my left clavicle and some extremely sore back muscles. Instead of dealing with those like I asked, this woman starts literally applying an obscene amount of pressure on my traps. "Tell me when it starts to hurt." It started hurting the moment you put your amateur hands on my traps and it only got worse. I was in so much pain I started seeing stars. I bought a simple muscle relaxer machine that helped me 1000x more then that "RMT" did. I Would not recommend and ask for a full refund and or my bill waived.
