We came to help our pup Zoey recover from TPLO surgery. Jen was amazing in educating us on exercises, what to expect, and always gave us amazing advice. What I really appreciate was the responsiveness in emails, and also their online booking platform made it really easy to self manage our appointments and keep track of exercises outlined and stored on our profile. Highly recommend Jen and Lydia if you need any support for your pup recovery from an injury, surgery, or just overall well-being.

My nearly 13-year-old Sheltie, Mia, has had mobility issues since the early 2020s, and I was previously under the impression that physio (including the at-home component) is typically too costly and time-consuming of an undertaking for pet parents. However, I'm very glad I asked my vet for a referral to Canine Pain Relief when Mia started having trouble walking on hard flooring because it's been nothing but a rewarding experience both at home and in clinic. After just six weeks of home exercise with periodic clinic visits, and calorie-cutting, Mia is finally improving rather than declining, and her happiness and comfort levels have increased dramatically. Jen and Lydia have been great, and the pricing is very reasonable especially if you opt for a package deal.

Jenn is outstanding, passionate, supportive and caring with our boxer that has degenerative myelopathy. She offers a listening ear and advice that has helped us tremendously on this journey. This disease has a lot of ups and downs and Jenn helps us make adjustments to Coal therapy accordingly.

Jen helped my rescued dog, Polly, so much. We came in to strengthen Polly’s hind legs to manage her luxating patella. When I first git Polly she could only do short walk. Now she can easily do 8km hike! We still go to jen for conditioning to maintain her strength:)

Jen helped our girl so much. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate. My dog started at Canine Pain Relief with an intermittent limp. She suffered with nerve pain and arthritis. Jen helped our girl get back to her old self. Shes 9 years old and as energetic and bouncy as she was at 5. I truly thought she was going to live the rest of her days on pain medication, but now she only needs pain medication like once every few weeks (if that). I can’t say enough good things about Jen!

Jen is evidently extremely passionate and extremely knowledgable about what she does, with an array of additional degrees and certifications to show for it. She works directly with your veterinary clinic to make sure the therapies she is providing for your pet are appropriate and as well suited to their individual needs as possible. I have been bringing my elderly dog to her for only a few short weeks, and already there has been such a positive change. I’ve been able to reduce her pain medications and she bolts up the stairs (she’s a little chihuahua, so this is a more impressive feat than it sounds). I have been as diligent as possible with her at-home exercises, but even at my busiest when I am only completing about half of what I should be, there is still so much drastic improvement. I knew physiotherapy would help my dog’s arthritis, but I had no idea that it would turn her into a whole new dog. The time I have spent engaging with my dog doing her exercises, going for walks and attending physiotherapy has also strengthened the bond I have with her - and she’s a rescue pup whom I’ve not had for too long, so building my relationship with her has been incredibly rewarding. All around, I can’t say enough good things about Jen, Canine Pain Relief, and just physiotherapy in general. Even at the height of COVID lock downs, Jen is there for your pet, making tireless accommodations and even bringing in extra hands to make sure that they still get the physiotherapy they need. I would never worry about passing my nervous, needy little chihuahua off to Jen and her helpers for her appointments when owners cannot attend due to provincial lockdowns - I can literally see the love Jen has for every single pet she sees and know she is treating them like her own.

Sammy loves Jen(partly because she brings her lickit mats with peanut butter!) She also helps Sammy feel good with a nice massage. I cant wait until I can get Sammy into some hydrotherapy to see how that will improve her mobility. Jen is very accommodating and understanding!

I can't believe how much Jen's services have turned my 10 year old boy around. Before coming to her, my Pierre had stopped fetching, didn't want to go for walks with me anymore and was loosing muscle mass in his hind end. I went to Canine Pain Relief with the hopes of slowing his aging and keep him as comfortable as possible through his senior years. Little did I know that after just 6 weeks I'd have my 5 year old dog back! We worked really hard on his homework exercises and Pierre gained his muscles back and now he asks me to go play with his chuck-it stick a couple of times a day! He's happy and healthy and I feel confident in my skills as a dog parent to help him maintain his health. I first met Jen when she offered a valentine's massage for dogs and was blown away at Pierre's reaction to her. I had never seen him so relaxed. Pierre says she works magic with her massage therapy :)

Jenn helped my 16 yr old dog Pnut thru one of the toughest times in his life. Her support with massage and cold laser therapy paired with chiropractic adjustments at our veterinarian helped heal his herniated discs and get him back to his sassy self. Jenn works directly with your vet and thinks outside the box which is refreshing. The alternate therapies she provides allowed us to minimize then eliminate the amount of medication we used and offered for a faster recovery. She also offered support with core building exercises and supplied and fit Pnut's new help-me-up harness to keep is body in line for his walks. I cannot say enough about what she does to help elderly dogs and their owners to live life to the fullest regardless of age!
