Welcome to the treatment phase of your care Congrats on making it this far! You’ve completed your comprehensive fatigue assessment and built your care plan with our team. Now we move forward into treatment. This email contains your Integrated Fatigue Care (IFC) Enrollment Agreement . Once signed, you’ll be able to book your weekly group supervised exercise session through our patient portal. A second email is coming You’ll also receive a separate Equal Care Contribution (ECC) Program Membership Agreement . ECC is optional . If you choose to enroll, it unlocks: Additional weekly group supervised exercise sessions Follow-up CPETs to track your progress Updated rehabilitation prescriptions as you advance You can enroll in IFC only , or in both IFC and ECC .
