“My husband and I are currently going through physio sessions with Achieva Physiotherapy Centre and we both are very happy and excited about the quick recovery. Our Therapist Andy Reppas is excellent in the treatments, care and the knowledge. I highly recommend this Centre to everyone.The staff too very pleasant and friendly. “X-rays indicated that the neck/shoulder pain I was experiencing required some treatment. Not only is this facility covered by OHIP, but I was able to make appointments for the following week. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Andi was happy to take the time to explain exactly how I should do the exercises for the most benefit. “I like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and thanks to the Canadian Physiotherapy Center because my right foot ankle problem. That was my best medical experience I have had in my life so far ••• good arrangement and appointment time sharp. The first time I met Alex who provided a very detailed assessment for setting me up an Ankle & Hips Program which was included an ultrasound and homework exercise. Then he scheduled me to Mary who gave me a comfortable treatment with the following six sessions. I found the center's staffs were professional, kindness, helpful, responsible and considerate such as Andi and Bhania. “I was a patient at your centre for a few weeks, it was the first time I have been to see a Physiotherapy; the service and treatment was excellent; the dr took the time to explain the exercises and the benefit to do them, he was right.The nurse that did my exercise amazing she is a keeper. “Well I was over impress the treatment I received, first person I had a contact with was Liz, she was pleasant, helpful and patient. Filling out the form she kept asking if you need any help, she comes over and help others. As for Alex he was very gentle,understanding well equipped and verse in what he does, he listened carefully and worked with you, he is an amazing person to work with. For Mheri she was excellent in how she performed her duties, works very gently and caring. Pleasant in nature and understanding. “I was concerned that I would lose my mobility due to my advanced age and acute knee pain and stiff joints. When I was first referred to the Canadian Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine Centre, I was very apprehensive. However, the clinic treated me as a valued human being, explained the entire process, showed me a series of exercises and also gave me ultrasound treatment multiple times. Even more importantly, I was shown how to do them correctly. Everyone was terrific ! Liz, the first person I met is ever courteous, cheerful and efficient. Mary who helped me twice for my ultrasound treatment is pleasant and professional and especially Alex who helped me the most, is assuring and patient in imparting his knowledge of doing the exercises properly. He even planned for me a realistic working schedule, rotating the exercises to avoid boredom and increases the chance of success. How thoughtful !
