“I’ve been seeing Dr. Ho at Cachet Rehab Group for my back and knee pain, and the results have been outstanding. “Rude reception staff. I called on a Friday evening to book an initial assessment for chiropractic care. I got hung up on. Called back again and got hung up on again. The following week, I called on a Monday around noon. Lady who answered the phone sounded mad and she was shouting at me. I never did book here. “I regularly have chiropractor (dr Ho) and massage (Sabrina). Dr Ho is really professional. He identified and help me fix my spinal problem. “I am a client of Dr Ho for my back and leg pain. Dr Ho diagnosed my symptoms at initial visit. Dr Ho is very caring, with patience. “I wish I could give zero stars I contacted Cachet Rehabilitation here on Woodbine Avenue to book my step daughter for physiotherapy on her right knee, she has a slight meniscus tear. I spoke to a receptionist named Vivian - who is the rudest person I have ever met, she always sounded mad and was constantly yelling at me on the phone. This rude lady finally booked my step daughter for an initial assessment with Jacky. I called the clinic a couple days before my step daughter's assessment with Jacky and this reception lady Vivian started yelling at me again. I tried to explain that I just wanted to confirm my step daughters appointment but Vivian yelled at me and said my step daughter would get an e-mail reminder and then Vivian hung up the phone on me. When I brought my step daughter for her assessment with Jacky, my step daughter was not even booked in the system. Apparently Vivian had left for the day so the lady behind the reception desk had no idea about my step daughter's appointment. “I’ve been experiencing persistent low back pain for several years. Fortunately, Dr. Ho was able to provide me with much-needed relief. Before seeking Dr. Ho’s help, I had consulted numerous professionals across various fields, including massage therapists, acupuncturists, and chiropractors. I had also tried medicated patches and various devices in an attempt to alleviate the pain. However, once I finally reached the end of the long waitlist, I began to regain the physical ability to exercise and do household chores. The office staff, especially Vivian, are very friendly and efficient. They always try to schedule my appointments within the recommended intervals and at my convenience.
