Apart from Dr. Abhishek, there is nothing much good about this clinic. All the other doctors have done average or below work on my teeth. I’ve needed rework after their mess up. The hygienists have been a hit and miss too. The cleanings are rough. There was this one time where the doctor did not have a staff to support him during an appointment and I was made to do/hold my own suction equipment. The worst is that they push for procedures that are not necessary/urgent. I have often taken second opinion and always come to know that the my teeth doesn’t need all the fixing. I bet they have targets to meet and hence the pushy behaviour. Lastly they keep spamming for appointments, endless calls and emails. These people can go any extent to make revenue/clients

Do not go here. Always calling to move your appointment. Then I told the hygienist I had loose bonding to be careful. Half way thru cleaning she tells me I have a loose bonding. I find out after the fluoride wears off that it came off. When I call the dentist to ask they say she marked it down on charts and told me. I told them well if she told me why would I be calling you now to inquire. Then they wanted to charge me $400+ dollars to fix it. This place was good when it first opened horrible now.

My past three experiences at Brush Dental have been horrible, please stay away from this dental office if possible. During my visit they sold me a night guard and also let me know I needed to have one wisdom tooth removed. When I showed up for the wisdom tooth removal, I was informed they would be pulling two, meaning the very expensive night guard was essentially useless. When It came time to remove the wisdom teeth they improperly fitted the laughing gas mask, I tried to communicate that it wasn't on properly but I got dismissed by the technician as she thought I was faking that it wasn't affecting me and refused to turn the gas up until the dentist firmly ordered. They then prescribed me extra strength tylenol as the only medication knowing I had asthma, when I returned the next day another dentist stated that it conflicted with the asthma as I was having diificulty breathing. It took three trips for them to prescribe me with appropriate medication. In terms of cleanings it is very hit or miss, I have had some very rough hygenists that have left my mouth completley cut open and some improperly done fillings that I've had to have fixed at another dental office. Please don't get dental work here!

I hope the following experience I had with the clinic be useful for others searching for suitable dental clinic: 1- I visited the clinic with my pregnant wife in 2024 to do cleaning and to check a tooth with cavity. The doctor spent less than two minutes checking her tooth and since she cannot do X-ray, he said he cannot do the full exam and when the administration assistant asked what to charge us (since almost nothing was done) in a rude way he said charge them full exam fee. We paid everything. However, we still feel we were taken advantage of and overcharged and that both we and Greenshield paid for services that were not fully performed. 2- Today, in 2026, we came back for her to just do cleaning while we explore our options to find an alternative dental doctor to do the dental exam with. The technicien/administration assistant for cleaning said the technicient needs to do X-ray exam for her to perform the dental cleaning. We said no since we never heard of the necessity of X-ray to do dental cleaning and refused (Furthermore, we found the request bizarre since from what we know in Ontario only a dentist has the authority to prescribe (order) dental radiographs). They said that the college of dental hygienists of Ontario requires to either do the X-ray or to sign a document saying we refused to do the X-ray. We found this very absurd and the document they presented to us looks very adhoc with the clinic logo instead of some formal document from the college if their claim is true. We refused both to do the X-ray or to sign the adhoc document. When we returned home, We did a simple Google search: "does the college of ontario for dental require x ray during dental cleaning" and the answer is a big NO, "the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO) and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) do not have mandatory rule requiring X-rays during dental cleaning." I hope this feedback is useful for others

Had good experience with brush dental during my teeth cleaning session today. Dental hygienist was very clear on my dental health and the observations she found during the visit, she guided me well with patience. Very well addressed!

I am brand new patient and I found this dental clinic out of desperation from having left two prior clinics because their main goal was to gouge me and my insurance for treatments and procedures I did not even need. Dr. Ashkan and ALL of the staff are absolutely amazing. They are the most patient, friendliest and professional people I have ever met at a dental clinic. I have been treated with the utmost care and have only been given the treatment and procedures that I actually needed. I recommend Brush Dental to everyone.

Booked appointment for a teeth cleaning, the hygienist was great, got my teeth cleaned up good. Got another appointment for RCT on one of my molars. Hoping for the best experience.

Brush Dental is so great. I didn’t catch the receptionists name but she is so well informed and explains everything in enough detail to make you feel at ease. Dental Hygienist Jenny was incredibly kind and offered a numbing gel during my cleaning to ease my slight anxiety from my last dentist visit. Dr. Ashkan took the time to go through all of my x-rays and create a phased system for my treatment. He was aware of my sensitivity to the numbing needles and made sure I was comfortable. It was so appreciated. Highly recommend this dentist office!

Very frustrating experience. I was explicitly told before my appointment that my insurance was accepted. Based on that confirmation, I proceeded with the diagnosis and treatment. Only after the service was completed, I was informed that my insurance was not approved and that I would have to pay out of pocket. This should have been clarified before any service was provided, not after. This lack of transparency around insurance verification feels misleading and put me in an uncomfortable position financially. I would strongly advise others to get written confirmation of insurance approval before proceeding here.
