Before booking, please review this important information.

2. We direct bill to over 25 benefit providers , but each benefit plan is unique. We recommend that you contact your benefit provider to determine your coverage. Be sure to let your benefit provider know the credentials of the therapist you want to work with (not every credential is covered by every benefit provider). To check each therapist’s credentials, click on their photo and read the note that appears under the photo.

3. If this is your first appointment, please book an Initial Assessment . If you can’t find an available appointment, scroll to the bottom of the page and click add yourself to the wait list . When an appointment becomes available, you will be notified via email and text message.

4. If you’ve been with us for a while, please book a 60-Minute Session or 90-Minute Session . If you can’t find an available appointment, scroll to the bottom of the page and click add yourself to the wait list . When an appointment becomes available, you will be notified via email and text message.

5. To book an appointment, you must provide a valid credit card. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 48-hours notice. We send reminders 72-hours in advance to ensure you have time to cancel your appointment without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur the full session fee.
