“One visit with Kyra and Matt is like 4 or 5 with any other physio i have ever been to. They helped me address root issues and gave me enough information and manual support, to not need to come back to them repeatedly. As someone without great health insurance, I deeply appreciate how generous and thorough they are but also their warm, open hearts truly make me feel at home. The depth of her knowledge about biomechanics was incredible, she was able to give me information about my body that made so much sense.
