Announcement: Are you a new or inactive (have not been seen in the clinic for one year or more) massage therapy patient? Please note:Due to a full caseload, we are not accepting new/ inactive patients into the schedule at this time. Please check back in the future as availability is subjuect to change. Current patients:Your credit card will be charged when you make an appointment on this system. If you would like to reschedule an appointment without an additional charge to your credit card, please select the RESCHEDULE option or text the clinic at 306-533-4387 during business hours-Mon-Thurs 9am-430. Fri 9am-12pm. If you have a credit on file you wish to use, we need to book those appointments on our side. Please have look on the schedule for availability then contact the clinic directly. In order to best assist our patients, 24 business hours notice is required for changes and cancellations. Payment is required for same day cancellations or no shows. If you need to cancel/ change a Monday appointment, please let us know on the Friday prior. The clinic phone/ email system is not attended to during off hours.

“I love this place! The workouts are great, the fellow members are fun, and Laurie is an awesome instructor. There is a wonderful variety of classes and always lots of options so I can work at the level I feel that day – sometimes I do a hybrid of the options! Laurie is a highly trained leader and she tailors the classes to the needs of the participants. She always provides positive encouragement, and a great smile to cheer us on. Laurie provides more than just massages, she does assessments to understand and get to the root of the underlying issue; great for runners.
