Anjali (physio), Cassandra (acupuncture), and Jessica (RMT) are all incredibly skilled, caring, and attentive, and I’ve truly noticed a difference since starting my treatments here. Anjali takes the time to understand your concerns and explains everything clearly. Cassandra is gentle and thoughtful, and her treatments have made a real difference. Jessica’s massages are both relaxing and very effective. I always leave feeling better overall. I also love that everything is in one place, including chiropractic care, which makes it so convenient. The front desk team is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this clinic.”

“I have been going to Bodiworks and working with Anjali, she is an absolute delight. Very welcoming! I appreciate that she takes the time to explain the muscle groups and the why behind the exercises Vs just throwing a bunch of exercises at me and sending me on my way. I have been roughly 5 times so far and progress is already well on its way! When your body is working for you it really overflows to other areas. If you’re debating physiotherapy definitely check them out!”
