From the moment you walk in, the calm environment and warm attitude of the team make you feel completely comfortable and welcomed. At the front desk, Shida is one of the clinic’s real strengths. She warmly welcomed my husband and me with a kind smile and positive energy, which immediately made us feel at ease. Shida is very friendly, organized, and attentive. She handles scheduling with great care and is always patient and helpful when answering questions. Her professional yet kind manner made our overall experience at the clinic very pleasant and stress-free. I came in due to a back injury, and my husband was treated for a hand injury. “I have been going to BlueSky Clinic for over 12 weeks now, and I can confidently say it has been an excellent experience. First, I would like to highlight the reception team. In my experience with other clinics, receptionists are often rushed or inconsiderate. However, Nafis, Dina, and Sheida are exceptional—always kind, respectful, and welcoming. They truly set a positive tone from the moment you walk in or call. After my car accident, I came here for treatment, including physiotherapy, kinesiology, and acupuncture. All of my practitioners have been amazing, professional, caring, and attentive. I was initially very nervous and anxious about starting treatment, but after meeting these incredible women, I felt reassured that I was in good hands and on the path to a strong recovery. My father has also been a long-time patient at this clinic. After his surgery, he had difficulty walking and was on bed rest for an extended period. However, after receiving treatment from Ms. Ghamari, his condition improved significantly. He can now walk comfortably and is doing much better.
