“I’m a regular at BLK BOx Gym. I very much enjoy the first-class attention to detail that Ken (my trainer) provides me when it comes to personal training. I started my fitness journey by myself a few years ago. I mostly did cardio and then a few compounded exercises that’s suppose to give me a full body workout. In 2017 my friend referred me to Ken and said to give personal training a try. I was skeptical at first because I believed my training was sufficient. Boy was I wrong. Sure I was keeping my shape and losing weight, but I had no idea how to train effectly to target muscle growth. Ken’s expertise have brought my own fitness goals to another level. If you are looking for personal training, attention to detail, first-class trainers, then do yourself a favour and sign up at BLK BOX. This gym is not your social hangout. It does not offer you lemonades, fresh towels or spas with fingerprint lockers - It’s designed for one purpose and one purpose only: to give you a proper, scitentfically-proven, fastest way to attain your own fitness goals workout. I like it for its gritty, no B.S, no judgement type of environment. If you are serious about training, do yourself a favour and give them a try.”
