“I can't say enough how outstanding Bhawani P Sinan is as a Dr and person Today I was in excruciating pain and showed up before office hours and texted him at 5:30 am and he responded at 6:30am . He came in early and even helped me out of my car. An hour after my treatment he texted me to check up on me, and called me later today as well Above and beyond. Impeccable bedside manner. I'm leaving for Malta tomorrow afternoon and I don't know how I'd be able to fly for 10 hours without his help. “I reached out to Bhawani Sinanan after Googling for TCM in my area, I was looking for someone local to continue treatment after having great results from past treatments from another TCM. I can't speak to the effectiveness of treatment as I didn't get that far. The phone conversation was very uncomfortable, I made the mistake of telling him what I had been treated for in the past to which he responded " I don't care what others have said, I will determine what the issues are". Certainly not a respectful way to speak to a patient, I regrouped after that and carried on. Only to hear about his very complicated schedule, none of which I was interested in, I simply was trying to find a time to book that worked for him. The conversation was uncomfortable, an over share of his schedule and his self importance and not all in line with the type of practitioner a patient seeking understanding and wellness would hope to find. I called another clinic in the area where I received a warm welcome, questions about my past with TCM and an appointment within a few days.”Read moreShow less
