“I had shock wave therapy at Bedford Sackville Physiotherapy clinic for plantar fascitis. My PT, Morgan, was very friendly, professional and competent. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. I had 7 sessions over 7 weeks, and my plantar fascitis continued to improve even after the treatments were completed. Today, the pain is mostly gone, and I'm doing my physio exercises at home for preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this treatment, and Morgan!”Read moreShow less

“I have been coming to Bedford Sackville physio for years. Everything from wrist issues, back issues and massage therapy. Sarah is an amazing therapist and a wonderful chat during my sessions. If you don’t want to talk? You don’t have to, but I love that I have the option and find I can have a great conversation while receiving treatment. “Well I’ve been coming to physio since 2022 and it’s been the absolute best experience ever. The staff actually takes the time to figure out what the problem is and how to treat it. The owner is professional and definitely knows her stuff from physio to massages along with acupunctures. Sarah the massage therapist is excellent doing her job she has a great personality which makes it easier to communicate. I don’t have one negative experience! “I've been a chronic migraine sufferer for the past 10 years with lots of tension in my neck and shoulders which doesn't help. Today I woke up with a terrible headache and could feel how tense my neck muscles were. I booked a massage with Jeremy and it's THE BEST massage I've ever received. The pressure was just right for me, his techniques were on point 👌. Jeremy also was very professional, listened well and gave me time to explain what was going on. “My first day there today was an amazing experience. I love the private rooms they have so you can feel free to talk with no one listening beside you. People were very polite and helpful. Michelle who was my physio was very knowledgeable and very helpful and respectful. She helped me so much just in the first day and I cant wait to go back. The physio also has a lot of equipment and are capable of doing a lot to help you get better. This is what I noticed just on my first day and I am sure I can write another review later on.
