Initial appointments booked online cannot be confirmed as we require a credit card and the completion of initial intake forms. Your forms will be emailed to you once your appointment is confirmed.
We highly recommend that you wear a mask during your massage therapy appointment. We understand that our clients and staff have different risk levels of COVID-19 and are taking an individual-centered approach. Your RMT will have a conversation with you prior to treatment and develop a plan that ensures BOTH you and your RMT feel comfortable. This may mean that either you or your RMT are asked to wear a mask.

“I had a wonderful experience at Bayview Sheppard RMT. I was able to book my appointment quickly and got a spot for the next day, which was very convenient. I had a one-hour massage with Taneeka, and it was amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during the session, and I would rate her service 10/10. The room and environment were also excellent — quiet, clean, calm, and very relaxing. “I recently had a massage with Fifi at Bayview Sheppard RMT and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She is a highly skilled therapist who truly listens — she took the time to understand my specific concerns and delivered a treatment that was completely tailored to my needs. I personally find it very hard to relax, but Fifi's calm and competent approach made all the difference. I felt I could fully trust her to do what needed to be done, which allowed me to actually switch my mind off and be present in the treatment.
