“At Bay and College Physiotherapy, They booked me to see Garima for my foot pain. I attended five sessions,but unfortunately saw no improvement. Each 30 minutes appointment included only 5 minutes with physiotherapist for Shockwave Therapy, after assistant applies E-stim and left me alone for the rest of session,never performed hand on treatment, massage or supervised exercises in the clinic_only emailed me some exercises. Actually she visit every 5 minutes a new patient,Overall ,I was disappointed with the treatment and used all my insurance coverage and later I find out my diagnosis was wrong . Beside ,my physiotherapy coverage has been used up in this Clinic ,So I now have to pay for treatment out of my pocket . I also question how this level of services meets professional standard. I will bring this matter to the Clinic Management of Bay and College and ofcourse College Of physiotherapist of Ontario .”

“Booked with Garima. Had to wait 45 minutes before being seen. Even after waiting that long, she rushed me and only sat with me for 2 minutes. Her colleague used heat and ultrasound waves on my injured area based on her advise, which did not help at all. Tried giving the place another chance and only saw her for one minute the second time. I explained to her what would help but she didn’t listen and just used heat again. I eventually found another physiotherapist and was treated so much better with the right care I needed.”

“Had my initial physiotherapy appointment with Garima for knee pain. What was supposed to be an hour, ended in less than 30 minutes. Was sent the exercise sheet after the appointment, didn't even make me do them during the appointment. Then had a follow up with Farhana, who was very helpful, made me do the exercises and explained what exactly was wrong with my knee. If going here, book only with Farhana.”

“I got a last-minute cancellation on the same day as the appointment from the clinic. I already had done arrangements for someone to take care of my kid, and all I get is a crappy email (not even a phone call) saying it got cancelled. I bet if it was me cancelling the appointment the day-of, you guys would quickly try to enforce your cancellation policy. But since I am the customer, I get screwed. Terrible service. Your receptionist doesn't have any idea of what customer service is.”

“Great experience and great vibes from Dr. Alessandro Petitti! I went in there with the expection of fixing my back and neck muscle strain/stiffness and he delivered! :D Plus I'm under the studentcare program and they gave out HUGE discount for program members, so I ended up paying out-of-pocket for only $8 for the initial assessment and $5 for the follow-up (The rest were covered by my insurance but still cheap nontheless!) :3 Definitely recommend it to everyone! And remember to check your posture~ <3”
