“My experience with Dr. Soltani at Bakerview Dental Centre regarding a root canal procedure was unfortunately very disappointing. I initially visited for a broken tooth, and a root canal followed by a crown was recommended. During the treatment, an instrument fractured inside the root canal and a piece was left behind. I was told the curvature (“S-shape”) of the root made the procedure difficult. Later, I sought care from an endodontist, who identified an infection in the tooth. Eventually, the tooth could not be saved and had to be removed by an oral surgeon, followed by an expensive implant process. The entire situation, which began with the broken instrument left inside the root canal during the procedure, resulted in considerable pain, stress, lost time, and additional costs. Based on my experience, I believe root canal cases are better handled by an endodontist from the beginning. I wish I had been referred to a specialist from the start.”

“I was nervous to get back to the dentist since pre covid but Bakerview welcomed me! Dr. Soltani fixed a broken tooth and then a filling done by Dr. Patel, both wonderful dentists. I recently had a cleaning by Kim and she was amazing, incredibly gentle and fun! Thank you Bakerview for helping me get myself back to the dentist with great faith in all of you! “I drive past this dentist every day and I needed to get a tooth removed. I walked in and was taken care of right away. This office is staffed with caring professionals and the dentist is not only highly skilled but a very caring and compassionate man. He knew my fear and absolutely took amazing care of me. I Highly recommend Bakerview Dental. They treat you like you are a family member and actually care about you. If I could give 10 out of 10 stars I would but 5 is the highest and they deserve all 5 plus 5 more in my opinion ! Thank you Bakerview Dental.”

“On April 12 of this year I had an emergency toothache, while the dental team suggested I have a root canal, I chose to have the tooth extracted. It took quite some time for me to freeze and I kept apologizing for taking up so much of their time. Their kind response was that "this is our job and you don't need to apologize". Since then I've followed the instructions they kindly gave to me, to my surprise this is the first tooth extraction I've had where I didn't get dry socket. I am over the moon happy ! The clinic is most welcoming and the staff were top notch in my books. Thank you so much for everything.”

“Bakerview Dental Centre handled my broken tooth really quickly. I was very satisfied that I was able to get in immediately. I broke my tooth at around 12:30 pm in the afternoon, got to the dentist, and had the broken tooth piece removed and was out of there by 2:30 pm. Great job Bakerview, the staff were very friendly. They were able to handle my insurance claim immediately. I am completely happy and will go back. I highly recommend Bakerview.”

“I've been at Bakerview for roughly a year now, and can confidently say they are the best dental experience I've had in my life. In the past I would have panic attacks everytime I visited the dentist. At Bakerview Dental, I can finally attend my dental appointments anxiety free because of there kind, patient and professional staff. Each time I visit their office, I am greeted by name by friendly front desk staff. The dentists and assistants have always been phenomenal, going above and beyond my expectations. The facilities are bright, clean, and comfortable. I've had cleanings, cavity removals, crowns, wisdom teeth removed, and a root canal. Even during my root canal, which I was particularly concerned for, the procedure was miraculously painless. I was continuously checked in with during the procedure to ensure my comfort, and I left the appointment smiling. Dr Soltani is spectacular at what he does, and I couldn't recommend him high enough. I have also been cared for by the other dentist's at Bakerview, and confidently say they are all incredibly talented, friendly, and professional. Thank you Bakerview Dental for everything, I look forward to my next visit! 😁”

“I initially decided on Bakerview Dental a few years ago as it’s on my drive to work. My first visit, I hadn’t had a cleaning in several years as my old dentist had passed away & I never got around to booking something new. I was pretty ashamed at how long it had been, and the whole team was so lovely & put me at ease. There were no judgements, and the cleaning was as gentle as they could make it. Not that my teeth were horrendous, but with a retainer bar behind my lower teeth, there was some build-up to tackle. I’ve had several hygienists & they’ve all been so kind & gentle as possible. They clearly explain their next steps & check-in on comfort. I picked Bakerview for convenience, and was so thrilled that they’re a great team who makes me feel comfortable :)”
