“Really friendly and helpful staff. Direct billing to my insurance. Had eye exam earlier this year and just ordered two pairs of glasses. Great deal and they came in very quickly.”

“Hello. This has been my second time to renew my prescription at Bailey Nelson in White Rock. The staff member who assisted me was fantastic and knowledgeable. He helped to be sure my glasses were properly adjusted when I picked them up. I love my new glasses.. and my Blue Cross insurance was automatically adjusted there for a great price. !! “I always love going into Bailey Nelson for their unique styles. The staff is always very friendly and helpful! I always try on many frames and they’ve never gotten impatient of annoyed. My frames came in within 2 weeks and only took 5 minutes to pick up :)”

“Had the most amazing experience at Bailey Nelson Morgan Crossing. I had my eye exam done by Dr. Bhalla in November, but decided to come back to purchase glasses now. Emin and Aleisha were so helpful, providing their styling expertise to help me narrow down my choices. “When I first entered the store I was surprised not to see a front desk. This in hindsight was a good business decision . The “front desk” people are In the middle and can see you right away upon entry. I was seen by the optometrist soon afterwards. The exam was extremely efficient and accurate. “My visit to Bailey Nelson was awesome! The people were really nice and made me feel comfortable. The eye doctor was super helpful and explained everything well. They have lots of glasses to choose from, and I found the perfect pair. After some time I needed a glasses adjustment and it was done super quick and professionally. “Optometrist was great and I had no issues with customer service. My only issue was that cloths like this seem to be the standard that come with your glasses as I went to exchange for a plain one and they had to give me an older model claiming that the one in the picture is apart of a collection that come in all cases. I feel out of respect for other beliefs that there should be an option to have a plain cloth and I would hope that if a kid got glasses that one's like this would not be in their case as it is very inappropriate. I hope that you can take this review and at the very least stock plain clothes and give an option. After looking at the other clothes, they're fine but I still deem this one very inappropriate for public use as it lacks modesty. Still a great optometrist but maybe pick your art more carefully next time.”Read moreShow less
