I can't say enough about each and every staff member that I encountered on my recent visit. My back problems were thoroughly examined and diagnosed and a remediation plan was offered. “Ive been going to backfit continuously for 1 year after many years of low back issues and a surgery for two sequestrated hernias. I was told by doctors that it was going to be really hard (if not impossible) to recover back to 100%. I am still in my mid 30s. After a year of going to backfit, i can very happily say that thanks to the entire team there i have recovered and feeling healthy again, to the point that I just did the half ironman last week. Backfit gave me a second opportunity to enjoy my life and I will be forever grateful. Dr Joe guided me through a series of exercises for mobility and decompression, he also listened and was consistently checking in and seeing how my progress was going, he has been a huge part of my recovery. Hailee, Travis and the rest of the team I have interacted with have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating to anything I needed. Lastly, Curtis, he has been remarkable throughout this last year. He is the most genuine and focused person I have trained with.
