“I've had lower back pain for a while, I finally decided to get Physio. I was researching where to go and came across Avesta. After meeting with Amir I appreciated his honesty, knowledge and down to earth approach that made me feel comfortable. He treated my back and it hasn't felt this good in years. “Amir is the best. Let me tell you i hurt my knee many years ago and I reagervated it last year and for the past year I had a pull in my calf and hamstring no physio could deal with but he did in the first session. Also unlike most physiotherapist he took his time to truly assess the issues with my knee and tripled alternative techniques not the same thing over.
