She was thorough in her assessment and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed me most was that I felt a noticeable difference after just one session. “I did the physio Pilates with Keri and wow is she knowledgeable!! I regularly do group classes but the one-on-one class with a true professional that knows proper body mechanics and alignment was excellent! “I previously saw Maria for an ACL injury after surgery and she was amazing. I’m back up and skiing and happy with the results. I started to have issues now with my rotator cuff and I’ve gone back to see Maria due to the great results I previously had. I highly recommend this clinic.
