“I wanted to wait before leaving this review to determine my recovery, but I think it is important to share. I had my first visit with this clinic January 2025. I had gone to the clinic because I had lower back pain that mainly presented itself when I was standing up or sitting down. I still had the ability to walk comfortably etc, but when I hinged it caused pain. My first appointment was just a consultation where an action plan was made. There was a recommendation for multiple visits a week which I had schedule. One of the treatments done they had sightly elevated my hips with a hinge system on the table and then that drops down. Instantaneously I had a severe back spasm. I had never experience a spasm before. I left the appointment and could hardly walk. Once I was home I could not sit, I could not stand, I could not use the bathroom or roll over in bed without extreme back spasms. They had advised that I could expect some discomfort, almost like after a workout that your muscles hurt. I figured, maybe it has to get worse before it gets better. I returned for my next appointment, still experiencing spams and reduced mobility. I shared my experience and the response was "I guess you weren't ready". It echoes how nonchalant that comment was. I completed my next session and once again could hardly get up and hardly walk. My partner came to pick me up after my appointment, I couldn't get in the car. I couldn't sit. I had to lay down in the back to get home. I proceeded to cancel my appointments. The clinic reached out and I had advised that I had a significant decrease in my quality of life after visiting the clinic. The response was generic. I would highly recommend everyone be very cautious to not experience the same experience. This clinic has a lot of positive reviews, but after some conversation in the community it appears that I'm not the only one with this time of a result. “Dr. Angus enough is a wonderful Chiropractor. I truly cannot recommend her enough. In the past I have seen chiropractors who repeat the exact same treatment with each visit but Dr. Angus starts each appointment with a thorough assessment of where your body is at and customizes each treatment accordingly. I trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and helpful and they always run right on time, I have never had to wait. “Dr. Angus is, by far, the BEST chiropractor I have ever seen in the 30 years I’ve been treated. The rest can’t compare. Every visit is unique and customized to her assessment of my body on the day, unlike other chiropractors who repeat the same cycle of treatment each visit. She immediately fixed issues I’ve had for years that had never been properly treater and I am in less pain able to go for appointments less frequently than when I saw other doctors. She is always on time and her reception staff are lovely. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, and I would recommend her to anyone.”Read moreShow less

“My children and I have been treated by Dr. Katherine and Dr Jenn for years now. They've helped me rehabilitate from a very bad sciatica pain crisis and provide me with maintenance adjustments as well. I feel great. After being adjusted consistently, my kids feels so much better especially during flu season! “Excellent Team! Dr Jenn and the team at Atlas have been taking very good care of me over the last few months. Appointments do not feel rushed - Dr J takes the time to listen. “Dr. Katherine and her staff are amazing! By far the best customer service i have ever received! Dr. Katherine went over everything with me and made a custom plan that worked for me and never pressured me to book appointments if i wasn't comfortable with proceeding with the treatment. After finishing an 8 week plan i still come back every month! I feel such a difference with both headaches and neck pain from office work.
