I went to see him for knee, ankle, and lower back pain, and from my very first appointment, he was attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely cared about helping me recover. I walked into the clinic limping, and after a number of treatment sessions, I walked out without a limp. The improvement has been incredible, and I truly believe it’s because of Shady’s expertise, dedication, and personalized approach to my care. During my appointments, he was very communicative and thorough so that I understood the root of the knee pain and how the prescribed exercises would help. “I’ve had a good experience at Athlete’s Care Sports Medicine Centres overall. The staff at the front are always friendly and organized. Zamir has been great to work with. I went in for some tightness and nerve discomfort and he used a mix of manual therapy and electroacupuncture that actually helped right away. He explains what he’s doing and makes sure you’re good with everything. Would recommend.”

“Been coming to Omar Rasheed at Athlete’s Care for a couple years and he is legit the best physio around. I’m very grateful I was recommended to him. He’s been critical to keeping me in the gym and on the field. Whenever I have a pain or injury pop up, he quickly and accurately assesses what needs to be done and provides a blueprint to get back to full capacity. His rehab plans and manual work are both excellent. Attentive, kind and friendly, and I recommend him to everybody. Omar, really appreciate you man!”

“My first experience with Omar from Athlete's Care was to get rehab treatment for post shoulder surgery - I had my rotator cuff repaired. In 3-4 months I was able to get back to normal movement and I also regained my strength in the process! Since Omar was able to help me rehab really well with my shoulder, he's been my go to PT ever since. Not only is he great at what he does, he is very personable and makes the sessions enjoyable by really connecting with patients. I highly recommend Omar and Athlete's Care for any physio needs!”

“I found Zamir through a Google review that mentioned how knowledgeable he is, and I’m very glad I booked with him. He took the time to carefully assess my back pain, clearly explained the muscles involved, and quickly pinpointed the root cause of my problem. He also used a combination of acupuncture and shockwave therapy, and I started to feel significantly better under his care. On top of the treatments, he gave me specific exercises to do at home so I could continue to improve between sessions. Zamir is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and thanks to his care my back is now completely healed. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physiotherapist. Also the appointment booking system is easy to use. The front desk staff is also friendly. Parking is easy as well.”
