“Aras has helped me with multiple injuries in person and recently online. I’ve come out of the recovery process having a more positive mindset and I’ve learnt more about the mechanism of injury. Aras has an evidence-based method with many tools in his toolbox which enables him to approach a clients injury in a multitude of ways.
