“Jamie was extremely welcoming and immediately set me at ease in my first sports/deep tissue massage. Jamie’s knowledge and background in sports gave me much insight into how to manage and continue to work through previous sports injuries. I immediately booked another appointment with Jamie in a few weeks and I am counting down the days. In the meantime, I booked and attended my first ever Indie Head Massage with Jamie and that was exactly what I needed. This type of massage helped to regulate and calm my system. I would highly recommend Arley Massage Therapy to anyone!!”
