Our RMT’s do not direct bill WorkSafe/WCB claims. Patients with an open WorkSafe/WCB claim will be required to pay for their appointment in full. We will provide you with a receipt so that you can submit it manually.
Telus eClaims does not support direct billing for secondary insurance. If your secondary coverage is through Telus eClaims, we’ll provide you with a receipt that you’ll need to submit manually to your secondary insurance provider. See Telus eClaims providers here.
Please bring a piece of photo ID and your insurance card for billing purposes. There may be unforeseen circumstances related to your insurance coverage where we must collect the full payment for your visit.
Canceling or Rescheduling Your Appointment
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a late cancellation fee. This allows us enough time to reach out to patients who have been seeking treatment but have been unable to book an appointment to fill the spot.
Any late cancellation/no show charges will be processed through your credit card on file and can’t be covered by insurance.
No-Shows (no communication received by the clinic via email, text, or phone call prior to your appointment) are subject to the full cost of your appointment.

“The clinic is clean and modern. Staff are so super friendly, even I am not have an appointment with them, they greet you with smile and empathy on your difficulties. My therapist Vivian Lau and Angus So are great! Both of them give detail explanations of my situation, ensure me on the way to recovery, some heads up of coming week, plus activity or exercise tips for me to practice at home. I feel am in good hands. While Vivian is gentle and gives you options, Angus is confident and determine. I am happy with both of them and have significant improvement after every session of treatment. “I can’t recommend this team highly enough!!! I was referred to Kevin RMT by one of his patients after struggling with a long -standing condition that caused significant pain, affected my ability to work, ADLs, and created many limitations in my daily life. From the very first appointment, Kevin demonstrated all the qualities that make an exceptional massage therapist: outstanding clinical knowledge, professionalism, attentiveness and a genuine commitment to helping his patients. He listens carefully, takes the time to understand the whole picture and develops treatment plans, that truly make a difference. After a few visits with Kevin I began noticing meaningful improvements. However, one of the best decisions he made was recommending that I also see acupuncturist and physiotherapist. That recommendation was absolutely spot on. I met Angus, he is remarkable acupuncturist whose knowledge, precision and calm, caring approach immediately inspire confidence. “I had a great experience with Lilli Cheung at ARC Therapy. She was very professional, friendly, and encouraging throughout the session. She listened carefully to my needs and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I also appreciated that she took extra time to make sure I received the best treatment possible. It was a very professional and effective massage therapy experience. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. “I had a great experience with the team here and wanted to share my appreciation. Vivian is incredibly detail-minded and attentive. Her acupuncture treatment really helped relieve my lower back pain — I felt a noticeable difference afterward. She takes the time to understand what’s going on and treats you with care and precision. “I've been seeing Kevin for a few months now to mostly focus on my TMJ but have also begun other areas of work with him. The clinic in beautiful, clean & open. Convenient location with lots of parking. Kevin has been an amazing addition to my TMJD maintenance. You can tell his extra education & experience in this area has been taken seriously and he's managed to keep me pain free as long as I keep up with my treatments.
