“Brady has done a fantastic job in getting me mobile. Between the treatments and daily exercise that he has for me I have gone from walking less than 1/2 km per day and with great difficulty to an average of 2.7 km per day. I would highly recommend this clinic.”

“I was referred to this sports medicine clinic by my family doctor for ongoing shoulder pain that I’ve been dealing with for the past 1.5 years. The resident who first assessed me was kind, patient, and took the time to listen to my full history and concerns, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor afterward was very disappointing. The interaction lasted less than five minutes, and it felt like the conclusion had already been decided before I was even fully assessed. I understand chronic pain can be difficult to treat and may not have immediate solutions, but I expected a more thorough and thoughtful discussion about my condition and possible next steps.”

“Today I visited Arbeau Sports Medicine Centre to have my right knee drained, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and kind. Once I was brought into the examination room, Dr. Arbeau’s assistant took the time to ask thoughtful questions and truly understand my situation, which made me feel very comfortable and cared for. When Dr. Arbeau came in, he was professional, prepared, and immediately put me at ease. The procedure was performed with very little pain, and his assistant continued to check on me throughout, which I greatly appreciated. “I came to Brady 6 months ago limping on an osteoarthritic knee and suffering sustained back spasms. At 79, I was wondering about my ability to remain independent, let alone continue to play golf ( which was happening less and less). With regular coaching, I now walk well and haven't had serious back issues, although I haven't put it to the golf test yet. My core feels so much better, and my legs feel much sturdier in support of my body. Brady's best attribute, I believe, has been listening carefully to my opening weekly summaries and adapting his program accordingly...he's flexible. As well, he has had a keen eye in evaluating my movements and remembers them in detail! And a fun, affable person to work with! Thank you, Brady.”

“Brady is awesome in what he does. Within 5 minutes he was able to diagnose my knee problem (injured meniscus). When I came to Arbeau clinic, I had to walk with a cane. Every step was painful. Brady started by giving me a couple of exercises to do at home. Within a few days I noticed a huge difference in being able to walk with less pain. There have been other simple exercises added since that first visit. I am elated about the outcome. I thought I was done with going up and down stairs, walking outside, taking care of my flower beds etc. I still have many more hours of being active. I feel young at age 76. Thank you, Brady. You are a God-sent.”

“Arbeau sports clinic has been the first physio place I’ve attended where I’ve seen real, lasting results! Jamal has been my physiotherapist here, and not only is he extremely knowledgeable and thorough, he is also a joy to work with and makes physio fun! He is very attentive to the needs of my injured ankle and we have been seeing major improvements. The ladies who work at the front desk are also always very welcoming and kind to me. From the first time I had an appointment here I have felt very comfortable and welcomed! Great spot.”

“I've had a couple visits at this medical centre so far and I love it here. Dr. Arbeau and his team were wonderful as they spent quality time with me trying to diagnose my issue. Then I had physio with Matt who was awesome, and today I had physio with Brady who was great also. Brady did a great job working with me and is a good listener. He was very patient and professional and gave me some good exercises to do which were already in my inbox before I even left the clinic! Excellent job Brady. They are lucky to have such a great physiotherapist! See you again soon. Oh, and the girls at the front desk are excellent. They are so fun to talk to and make me laugh. They are always smiling and happy and actually seem to really like working there, which is no surprise. Keep up the good work!”
