“This was my first time ever visiting a physiotherapist, and honestly I was nervous because I’m usually the type of person who worries that appointments might be a waste of time. I’m really glad I decided to give it a try! it completely changed my mindset. I went in for lower back pain and shoulder blade pain, and my therapist Yang was amazing. The tension came down a lot even after the session. He explained everything in a very friendly and patient way, and even when I didn’t fully understand at first, he took the time to listen and explain things at my level without rushing me. I was scared before going in, but the experience was actually very comfortable and reassuring. The clinic itself was clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole visit even better. “Hands down the best physio experience I've had. I’ve been to a few other clinics before, but they usually just did the basics like heat packs, dry needling, or infrared. It always felt a bit impersonal. Answer Physio is a total breath of fresh air. The team is incredibly thorough and gentle—they really make sure not to overstrain my body while still being effective. Since my recovery is going to take some time, I love how they focus on steady progress and give me heaps of practical tips for my daily routine. The clinic has a great vibe and the level of care is honestly just as good as the high-quality treatment you get back in Korea. “After my ankle injury and diagnosis of degenerative disc disease (DDD), Eddy, my physical therapist, guided me through every step of the recovery process. His patient-centered programs, along with his empathetic approach and constant reassurance, allowed me to focus on my specific goals and recover from my injuries. Although DDD can be challenging to manage, Eddy's personalized care and encouragement empowered me for long-term recovery.
