Spiritual Care Session

60-minute in-person session (50-minute direct contact) Spiritual care is the practice of supporting a person’s inner life, values, and sense of meaning, especially during times of illness, grief, or personal struggle. It helps individuals find comfort, hope, and a sense of purpose in challenging circumstances. Spiritual care often involves listening, presence, and encouragement, addressing emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. In a specifically Christian or Orthodox context, spiritual care can be provided through prayer, Scripture reading, pastoral guidance, and participation in the life of the Church.
