“I had a very disappointing experience with this physiotherapy clinic. Unfortunately, the staff seem to lack proper knowledge and professionalism, and it feels like their main focus is just making money rather than actually helping patients. I personally had a very bad experience with Alfred and Shawn . They clearly do not know how to properly treat or communicate with a patient, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I have cancelled all of my appointments and decided to go to another clinic. However, despite this, they continue to call me early in the morning in a very rude manner, asking me to come back for treatment. It honestly feels like this clinic has no proper management. And if there is a manager, they seem very weak and unable to properly supervise or control the staff working there. If you are truly looking for proper treatment and recovery, I would strongly recommend either doing exercises at home or going to a clinic where they actually care about your well-being and treat you with respect, rather than speaking to you in a rude and disrespectful manner.”Read moreShow less

“I have never been in an unprofessional medical center like this ,many health providers gather in order to assess you and plan for your treatement but only the only thing they put their effort is to submit their reports to insurance company instead of actual treatment or medical work up,to schedule appointment they rely on a system that needs to log in each time which is tiring and keeps sending you multiple emails for one single appointment,it is just the system and computer working instead of professional medical approach .I was assessed by a doctor who was not able to prescribe medication by his own and asked me to get another appointment from my own family doctor to write the prescription!!
