“What an absolutely amazing massage. I started a new job a few months ago where I'm driving a car all the time and my lower back, neck and shoulder blade have been getting worse for months. When I walked in it had been about a month since I've been able to move my neck more than 30° to the left. This really affected my driving as I couldn't shoulder check effectively. After my consultation and first hour of massage I have full neck moment, albeit with a bit of pain at the end of its stretch to the left, but I'm sure that it will be better after the next one. His massage was absolutely unbelievable, it helped every painful spot on my back and neck better than any other massage therapist I've been to. Great conversation, a strong and effective massage and a serious drop in pain and an amazing gain in overall comfort. Seriously great service. “I have had back issues that have been on and off for the last 2.5 years and Altius has helped me with those instrumentally. Starting with the Osteopath Greg, and throughout the entire team. They work cohesively and are flexible in order to find me times that work for me. “I had a fantastic experience at Altius Health & Performance with Osteopath Greg Elliott. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field. Greg quickly identified the root cause of my issue and immediately developed a collaborative treatment plan, even referring me to a doctor to ensure a comprehensive approach. He also gave me a few simple 5-minute daily exercises that are easy to follow—and even after doing them just a couple of times, I already feel noticeably better. I’m genuinely impressed by his professionalism and the results so far. I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointments and am optimistic about the final outcome of the treatment.
