“Steven is a very good massage therapist - I recently went to him needing work on my neck, glute, and calf, as I am an active jiu jitsu athlete, and I could tell straight away he knew what he was doing. In my day job as a strength and conditioning coach, working with professional athletes, I have studied anatomy extensively. It was very clear to me that with his Sports Science background, Steven knew exactly what he was doing with his sports massage treatment, which was refreshing and meant he could understand my body's issues quickly. “I wish I could rate this clinic 1000/5 stars. I have struggled with hyper mobility and bad rhomboid knots/pain for almost a decade. I have tried numerous massage therapists but never found the perfect one. I stumbled upon Steven one day when I was in a pinch after my first ever muscle spasm. As soon as he treated me I knew I could never enjoy a massage from anyone else ever again. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and skilled. His deep tissue/therapeutic massage is intentional and well placed. He is so intimate with all of the muscle groups and how the body works that he knows how to effectively identify problems and treat them in a manner that won’t cause further pain or flare ups. He literally has worked magic on my shoulders and neck and I would recommend him to literally anyone. The studio is so clean and professional and I love that it’s a seamless process.
