Recently visited Alpine for the first time, for specialist therapy. I found the the therapist to be generally quiet and disinterested. He performed a few manoeuvres, warm compress, and that's about it. He was working with another person at the same time and seemed distracted. I had to remind him to give me the homework instructions he promised. All in all I was in and out in under 30 min, and really didn't feel like it was worth my time or money. I'll go to another clinic about my concerns.

Rafael is amazing. I’ve been to Physio in the past and found not great results. I love his approach to the body. He explains everything which I love cause I find that stuff so interesting. I’m very excited to have his help in my healing journey.

Right from the first phone call, this place was professional, friendly and on top of their game! Rafael was very knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough assessment, provided treatment and multiple tips for improvement and prevention. For someone like me who hates all types of Physio, thanks for making my experience a great one!!

The physiotherapist Rafael is very knowledgeable and exceptional at his job. He is always ready to go straight to the point about your concerns. Very friendly and professional. The receptionist is equally excellent at customer service. Making you feel welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Alpine sport physiotherapy to anyone who needs their services with confidence. They are really good at what they do.

Went to see Rafael at the Heritage Square location. I went to see him about my thumb injury. He said he looked at the xrays and that it was very arthritic but he could help with the pain. He spent 2 minutes manipulating the thumb CMC joint and the MCP joint. I had to tell him to stop as he was aggravating the area. After that he tried to tape the area and then took the tape off. He then spent 10 minutes looking up thumb braces for me and then tried to give me a free squeeze ball to work with, I denied to take it. He did nothing but aggravate the area and it cost 120.00 $ for maybe 5 minutes of work and aggravating my injury. and 5 minutes looking up braces. I already came in with a good brace on my thumb that was working fine for me. Rafeal has done good work for me in the past but very disappointed that he charged me 120.00 basically for looking up braces which i already had.

I had a great experience with my physiotherapist Dr Raphael . He was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my condition and explain the treatment process clearly. I noticed significant improvement in my pain and mobility after the sessions. The environment was welcoming, and I always felt comfortable and supported during my recovery. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for effective and caring physiotherapy treatment.

I have been enjoying my sessions at alpine sport therapy as Rafael is incredibly attentive to all my needs. I was also provided with a home care exercise plan, this is a detailed guide with videos to demonstrate the proper steps to follow for each exercise. I’m looking forward to the next few sessions to see my progress.

The clinic accommodated me right away after getting in a car accident. I was paired up with Rafael for physio and Will for massage therapy and they both have been very helpful. Very knowledgeable and answers my million questions. My progress has been going amazing thanks to their team efforts.

I’ve had a really positive experience with this physiotherapy clinic. I’ve been working with Rafael Burgos, and I can honestly say he’s a very knowledgeable🧐, attentive, and genuinely caring specialist. From the first session, he took the time to understand my condition and explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. Rafael is not only professional but also very pleasant to work with — he creates a supportive and welcoming atmosphere, which makes a big difference during recovery. I feel that my progress is well-guided and that I’m in good hands. I would definitely recommend 🙌this clinic and Rafael to anyone looking for high-quality physiotherapy care
