“I've been going to All Sports and Wellness for almost 10 years now for massages and acupuncture. Adnan is leagues above other massage therapists I have tried in the past. He is focused on treating my back/shoulder pain, and explaining what he is doing and what exercises I need to do. “I had one of the best deep tissue back massages with Adnan. He is extremely skilled and found and targeted all my sore spots and knots without much directed feedback from me. At the end, my back and shoulder felt looser than it has in a long time. He also used cupping and showed me a good follow up exercise for home.
