She always makes sure I’m warm and comfortable during treatment and helps those energy lines -chi- go where they need to. Immediately after treatment, there is relief and sleep is possible. The pressure she applied was strong and effective, which really helped relieve my back pain. I also appreciated that she checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was right. “2026 update! Ive now been to Kara (acupuncture) Ben (massage) Jeff (osteo) Dr Ogden (naturopath) and now Lexi (massage) and my goodness, my physical (and mental?) Health has never been better! The Align staff are so kind & welcoming. Every treatment Ive had, ive felt so taken care of. Full body wellness achieved! I recommend everyone here to everyone I know, And I cant sing their praises enough. 1st review: I have had a repetitive neck injury for over 20 yrs, nothing gives me relief for long. I finally decided to try acupuncture. Kara was friendly, empathetic & knowledgable.. I didnt know what to expect.. I honestly couldnt believe the level of relief Ive had. It almost doesnt seem real to live pain free after so long. But I am.
