“I have received excellent care over the past few years from Connor, Kristen and most recently from Dhvani for a fractured arm, ankle issues and a torn and inflamed rotator cuff. “I discovered this place last year while driving by and gave it a shot. I’d been looking for a new physio anyways. I was placed with Keenan, and boy was I happy to have him as my physiotherapist. He’s detail oriented, works well with you, sociable and you can tell he wants to help. One thing I noted from the get-go is that he never leaves you in the room with a device saying “I’ll check back when the time’s up.” He’s hands-on the entire time and that’s how he’s able to truly rehabilitate whatever ails you. I brought my 13 year old Son to Keenan, and he said Keenan is great. Lots of exercises and encouragement and positive support, which is exactly what a 13yo needs (and wants). I also had a massage with Sinead, who has a very firm pressure (if that’s what you want… I did.). She worked into knots, and uses some active movements with the pressure to open up my range of motion. The facility is clean and the concierge is very friendly. “I have what may be frozen shoulder and Keenan has been my physiotherapist. He's given me lots of exercises to follow at home, and some good massages in the affected area in the office. Keenan is very knowledgable and is the perfect mix of professional and super nice. The rest of the staff is friendly and they are very good with booking/text reminders as well, the office space is very nice too.
