“I loved the vibe at Bodhi Tree studio where Nadia Bonaldi practices. I Instantly felt peaceful and at ease there. I instantly felt comfortable with Nadia. She has a calming and positive vibe. Nadia's trigger point therapy was incredible. She worked out knots that I have had for quite a while. My muscles felt great afterwards!
