Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost to the card on file. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and in the case that due to an emergency or extenuating circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee. We will never charge your card on file without letting you know beforehand. Please contact our clinic via phone or email to discuss your situation with our staff.
Effective January 1st, 2024, we will be implementing a credit card on file requirement for all new bookings.

“I was gifted a prenatal massage at my baby shower and let me tell you that it was AMAZING not only is it SO clean in there but also everyone is SO nice and makes you feel so so comfortable!! The only slot they had available was with Clloyd and omg is he amazing!! Made me feel so safe and comfortable and the whole experience was just 100/10! “I have never had a massage before, unsure why as I have always had the benefits with work....anyways I decided to check out Advanced Massage Therapy for my first time massage and I'm grateful I did. The employees are very kind and respectful. As for the massage itself, I attended a one hour full body and I felt like a new person and now i will continue regular massages whenever possible. “Advanced Massage Therapy on Plessis is my favourite place to get a therapeutic massage. Lauren and Holly are phenomenal at what they do and have got me out of fitness injuries many times. They are professional and listen to the client and tailor their treatments to your needs. I've gone there having difficulty walking with tightness, and leave feeling back to normal. “This location is best for massage therapy. Rooms are so cozy, Michelle Vaillancourt did great job. I felt so relaxed and she made me feel so comfortable during the therapy. I would say this is the best massage therapy I’ve ever had in my life.”
