“Look no further. Dustin Murdock is the guy to go to. Seven weeks ago, I was referred to Dustin by a neurologist for Lumbar Radiculitis and persistent lower back stiffness — something I had been struggling with for nine months. It came out of nowhere and completely disrupted my daily life. Before seeing Dustin, I had tried physiotherapy, but unfortunately, it didn’t help. I felt like I had hit a wall with my recovery. Then I met Dustin. From the very first session, he listened attentively, took the time to fully assess my condition, and understood what I wanted: real progress. He decided to take a more aggressive and proactive approach to my recovery, encouraging me to push just beyond my comfort zone while being mindful not to overdo it. He helped me face the pain instead of avoiding it, which was a huge mental shift after months of fear and hesitation. After just three sessions, I saw a drastic improvement. Movements I had been avoiding for nearly a year became manageable again. The pain that once made daily life difficult has now subsided, and I truly feel like I’m back to normal. “Wow, where to begin. I couldn't walk for several days after throwing out my back. I googled the closest place and Adapt was a minute away. I believe his name is Dustin. After seeing him for several sessions I was finally back to somewhat normal and no more pain. This wasnt like going to a chiropractor only to keep having to go back.
